Rammstein and Hammerfall are pretty good, although not too sure whether Hammerfall really qualifies as metal, more heavy/power rock sorta.

It's hard for me to name all my favourite bands but there are a few I always end up coming back to after listening to other sub-genres/bands:
More melodic ones while happy:

Emperor
Less melodic ones for darker mood:

Nargaroth (for special moments only, due to a lot of intense memories connected to it)

I ripped through my 75 downloads for the month in 15 minutes. Oh well.
For more enjoyment and greater efficiency, consumption is being standardized.
