I will say yes ASCN announced first ....yes CCP made a big deal about the first capsuleer titan......doesn't mean they were actually the first to have one just means Cyvok tipped his hand for all the world for good or ill. -also if you dont get the whole victorian officer in character thingy about taking the honorable way out .....well then...eat me.
