Ok the ceo Surreptitious has now left me no choice i have given him plently of time and chances to respond but he is now blocking me...
As most if no all will know he offers as part of his service war-decing, you pay him 50Million ISK, based on whether you want a corp or allaince war decing and he does it.
For many this is a cheap and effective alternative for anyone instead of hiring Mercs...
Ok down to the point i have paid him to war dec for me many times before and to be fair never had a problem with him, last night i asked him to war dec a corp and paid the isk, it turns out he spelt the corp name incorrect and war dec'ed the wrong corp.
I have sent him a few eve-mail to point this issue/problem out and tryied private convo's where now all of a sudden he is rejecting and blocking all comms.
I'm sharing this information incase anyone else is looking into using his services.

Very True... the mistake is not whats bothered me, where all human and it was an easy mistake to make, whats got up my back is the attitude of ignoring the problem, as he is only hurting him self.

How have i been scammed? he war dec'ed a corp, but made the mistake of not checking the corp 100% first, the correct corp had number "0" replacing all the letter "o" which is a fair enough mistake to be made..
What i am complaining at, is what i just pointed out in the above post.

i've given him plenty of time, sent him mails with whats gone wrong and how, and then left it almost 24 hours before trying to convo him direct, the fact he rejects my convos for the first time ever and doesnt reply to my mail which are a day old doesnt cut it for me..
Now if i knew him to be hard to get hold of generally i would be inclined to agree with your statment, but since i no different, i will stick to my first OP.

He probably made simple mistake, but you most likely went whining to him in many emails over and over causing anyone with half a brain to block you.
And HOW is he hurting himself? Over some war-dec costs you pay?
With all the isk you supposedly scammed do something yourself like buy a 50mil skillpoint character and get your own hands dirty.

It was an honest and simple mistake.
Since making the mistake I have been online for less than 20 minutes. Of those 20 10 have been AFK. Of the 10 active I have been reading/sending dozens of emails and sorting through dozens of transactions. By the time I got to "R" and saw the emails from you I had no chance to react, you had already made your threat.
Everyone I deal with knows im an honest guy and all I want is to make fun for others. You simply went overboard with this and as a result I will for once swing the other way. I will not war dec the correct Clockwork Orange and I will be keeping your 50million. In-fact I think I will go activate a war on your corp right now.

Personally I think despite what ROMEO had eve-mailed or threatened, you should war-dec the people he chose, otherwise it is just bad business and shows that you are susceptible to personal feelings that override the real business in matter. This could lead to problems over what your true allegiance in Privateers is, in the future.
Surreptitious I believe blocks convoes when she is fighting which makes good sense. Could be otherwise but I believe that is the main reason. Theres no harm in waiting either ROMEO for a response. Just don't expect to get one straight away. My own belief is that the war against ROMEO's alliance/corp should be recalled and the right target put in its place.

To the guys in privateers i really hope you do keep the guys money and war dec him instead, even though the noob doesn't undock it will still be funny. Besides war deccing romeo will make privateers alot more popular. |

How can they keep his ISK, its already been spent on the incorrect corp which has been war dec'ed? which he does mention in the opening post?
I also agree with the other guy one thread up, it is bad bizness sence, you've made a mistake, granted a simple mistake to make, but regardless of romeos history you should remain professional and war dec the correct target, otherwise you are setting a bad example.

Out of 400 odd war decs placed by privateers, this is the only one we have had any complaints about.
Thats suggests EXCELLANT customer service at a great price.
Conversly I have had many satisfied customers. For cost price, you can get 500 pilots all over empire shooting your enemy. We only got to pop 1 ship and the contracterr has made their money worth while. This is a public service we are providing.Many people have taken advantage of our service to strike a blow back at a much bigger corp/alliance who has been bullying them.
We dont ask for any profit out of it - and also provide a free-to-join corp for pilots who want to share our wardecs, and all we get is someone saying "oh they are cheap they must be ****"

You're doing wonders for yourself making significantly more enemies with only one email. These enemies now include pilots that turn up to a fight with fully faction fitted-faction bs just for kicks.
Mercenaries are often busy people just because you're used to people blocking or ignoring you doesn't mean that they are. Corps/alliances acting as mercenaries don't rip people off as it's bad for repeat business.
