Service Modules
Broadcast Station Array - This will allow locals (blues, greens, purple) to have view of the local players while disabling those who are (neut, orange, and green) from seeing the players in local. However; your personally scanners will keep on working. This can only be installed in a Large Citadel or XL Citadel (uses less fuel).
Jump Bridge Array - Just like a normal jump bridge; however 1 citadel can link to 2 or more citadels in range but in different directions. This can only be installed in a Large Citadel or XL Citadel (uses less fuel).
Mission Hall - Raising the Military Index of a system; You can pay specialized agents to be within your station. Once you reach level 5 in Military Index; a new agent has arrive for a level 6 agent. Which introduce new missions and bigger ships to attack. This can be installed in any Citadel. The downside of having a mission hall is the agents do not provide Loyal Points to any faction but they do provide Standing to whom they employed with. Missions Hall allows 4 agents per level with a total of 20 agents in a citadel.
System Scanner Array - This module help pin-points ship and or structure in local; even if the ship is cloaked up. This module only works if you deploy "Mobile Sensor Scanning Array"s in each planet. This can only be installed in a Large Citadel or XL Citadel (uses less fuel).
Deploy-able
New Deploy-ables: Mobile Small Stasis Webifier I - 7500m Mobile Small Stasis Webifier II - 10KM Mobile Medium Stasis Webifier I - 15KM Mobile Medium Stasis Webifier II - 20KM Mobile Large Stasis Webifier I - 30KM Mobile Large Stasis Webifier II - 50KM
Revamp: Any Mobile Stasis and Warp Disruptors are now Hack-able with new/old modules "Code Breaker I" or "Code Breaker II" What happens when these modules are hacked; they would be disarmed but still anchored. Hacking strength is 1-2 out of 5 based on tier.
Encounter Surveillance Systems
Revamped: Allow a password to access the bubble; A player can hack the ESS by using the "Code Breaker I" or "Code Breaker II" to access the bubble and then be able to steal the isk as usual. The hacking rate of this is 5 out 5. Local will broadcast if the ESS is being hacked if failed by player.
Mobile Sensor Scanning Array
Just like the older POS module; but updated into a tower related scanner that can be deployed on a planet that uses smaller amounts of fuel to scan down target ships, structures, and drones. Even if the ships are cloaked up by using it's specialized scanners. To access the Mobile Sensor Scanning Array; a player must attach a new module to use it remotely; "Remote Sensor Array". Unlike any scanner; once targeted; it would continually follow until the target is no longer there in system or player logged off. |

A lot of what you are asking for is already planned with other structures, soon(tm).

He dispatched against them a band of Avenging Angels"

You got a link? The main idea was the deployables and the missions hall.

First, there are no "directions" in space. Everything is a vector, so technically any two citadels could be linked, because every direction is a different direction.
Second, we actually used to have this. I don't know if you were playing then or not, but you used to be able to have multiple jump bridges in the same system. Alliances built massive super highway systems that killed small gang PvP in null because no one had to use a gate, and the Jump Bridges were parked on death stars, so camping them was suicide. CCP removed that specifically to drive more conflict in null because now you have to take at least one gate between each bridge.
Eve is like an addiction; you can't quit it until it quits you.

I see this request for mission agents in citadels popping up all the time around here and my answer to yours is the same as all the others NO. If you want to run missions then go to where the NPC agents are. But they are not in sov nul you say, good they should never be in sov nul after all it is sovereign space controlled by another entity why would they want to put agents there?
Indexes for sov nul need to be based on things players do in space that involve other players, things like fleet mining ops, manufacturing of the things you need, moving those things around in your territory and the list goes on. NPC should not in any way be involved in these indexes and that includes missions, ratting, anoms and any other activities that involve NPC. |

God no, local is insanely overpowered as a source of intel as it is. If anything, it needs to be nerfed for everyone. |
