Well GM is back hooray for me.
My thanks to all those who supported me in this thread it was good to see even some sworn enemies agreeing that this was a completely lame way to try and set me up.
The dedicated enthusiasm of my corpmates in helping me get this matter resolved has been truly heartwarming and I am very grateful for their assistance in proving to CCP who the real culprit was in this matter.
We know who did this and he can rest assured that his life in Eve even if he can still play is gonna be very uncomfortable indeed from now on.
Well thats all.Hope to see your frozen corpses in my thanatos corporate hangars shortly.

In the ends, it all boils down to, can you or CPP definitly prove it was the same guy that was hosting and that petitionned ginger.
And by CCP standart, I think definit proof they would accept are only using in game tools, I am afraid, as they have remotly no control on the internet, only on their game.
If you can't do that, you are screwed, sorry.
Edit, didn't see your answer, well then it's great, the metagamers have lost a battle, now don't logoff and all will be fine :D
