Hull Cleaver Caldari Mala Fide Corp	Posted - 2007.03.08 03:27:00 - [1] It appears with the recent dissolution of ISS and the defeat o LV in Teneferis that war in that part of the universe was fairing well for the anti-BoB alliances that are running around proclaiming the Free Trade Zone. But has these fierce warriors continued the chase of LV into Feythabolis? Its no secret that during a brief hiatus in the conflict, LV took the opportunity to move large quantities of assets to Feythabolis, both staging out of the AZN Outpost as well as parking many of their ships and equipment in the outposts currently rented by RISE Alliance. But will it be enough? The recent internal strife within the Rise Alliance has left it only a shell of its former self. More then half of its command staff has defected from Rise and started its own corporation called Incognito. Rise's Minister of Foreign Affairs, deputy and staff have left, The Alliance Military Minister has also jumped ship. The Minister of Finance has pulled his main out of the alliance and has taken residence in Sturmgrenadiers Holding Corp, Dark Star Industries. What does all this mean? With only one original Minister remaining, Vayna of the NED-Clan, can Rise maintain its cohesion and rebuild from such extensive losses? Have they become overly weak and are prime for the taking? Its general knowledge that many of the "renters" in Feythabolis have defected and signed on with the Coalition in an effort to throw off the chains of BoB supremecy. Who is really left to protect the region? A source very close to BoB told me today that pleas of help from the regions caretakers were answered with.. ôDonÆt worry about it, if they take Feyth, we will eventually take it back" But an answer like this has spawned fear and confusion from the renters that were promised full protection in the event of massive hostile assault. Nearly half of RiseÆs corporations have left the alliance and are seeking homes elsewhere, I have news that two more corps will leave this weekend. But with the entire alliance's assets already moved to Empire, it appears the threat of open war had already defeated their spirits. With the only semi-formable force trapped in the GHZ constellation, it appears that Feythabolis has become somewhat of a Free Trade Zone already!!! Commander HullCleaver Mala Fide CEO

Folks leave corporations and alliances all the time, for perfectely legitimate reasons. No one in RISE bears them any ill will, as they fought faithfully by our side until it was time for them to pursue something different. As for you... The only things that were stolen from RISE was the complex loot you took with when your lying, deceitful carcass was booted out of SGHQ. You want to see a fraud and a cheat? Look in the mirror. It's actually a bit sad when you post with one of your characters and then answer that post with another. Everyone knows you for what you are and your credibility is in tatters, but you keep plugging away in the forlorn hope that someone will take your seriously. It's pathetic, really.

We left because we realized that sitting in convos the entire time were in game, and never leaving the station wasn't fun. Niether is being obliged to run fleets everytime you log in. We wanted to just do something small and unimportant for once. And not have to worry about spies and backstabbers like yourself. Who'll twist the truth and lie to people who though you were thier friend. We left on amicable terms with the majority of the alliance and I for one still give advice daily and forward my contacts and do everything I need to to help RISE into this transition. From what I have seen, RISE is actually pulling together rather nicely and people are actually stepping up and not just letting us run things. That is a huge step forward for them, and I think our leaving actually catalyzed a reaction towards a stronger alliance. Stagnation is bad, and this was a good shaking. So yes, it is true. We left. Woo, a whole 7 people from a 600 man alliance. Yes we ran a lot of the day to day alliance matters but we are certainly not irreplaceable. And there you have it, for anyone who cares. It is true that rise has lost some members, including my corp mate duun, but it is not due to any ill will in the alliance. To put it quite simply this is a game that we all pay to play. I would say only fools would pay 15 a month to log into a game that they would have no fun playing. If your not having fun doing something, would it not be logical to try something new? As far as these rumors about rise being ready to fall, I donÆt believe so. We have repelled many 100+ ship attacks on our home cluster and destroyed every single enemy pos that was erected. I think the coalition thinks too lightly of us, but that is a mistake i believe they will follow at their own peril. I can never understand the animosity between the alliances. Im mean sure fighting for you space is fine, but some people truly hate others in this game. They take it to the extreme on the forums and in the game. I find it quite rash and odd. Personally i dont give a damn who fights who, i just like to watch the flashy lights on my screen. As far as corp theves go, thats the lowest of the low in my book. You have to be so sleazy that you have to steal make believe things in a game? Whatever. I guess im just still too new to the eve scene to understand how all these real politiks work, but i certainly am enjoying the fights we have had with the reds, the goons and IAC. They have always been smack free and they defiantly come to fight. I even recall when a gang of 50 warped into our home cluster and their FC commented in local that they would wait for us to form a gang then fight. That shows a lot of class and desire to have fun that i wish would happen more in these wars. But im just a soldier...what do I know anyways Big Let them hate, so long as they fear-Caligula

Their second in commands have stepped up, as they had trained them to do before leaving. A couple euro corps left to join same language alliances, and we've added a very tough little nugget of a pvp corp to our ranks. We defend our space very well, despite being a tad bit outnumbered by enemy alliances. You can ask our opponents, and our kb's are public I believe. Our enemies have proven to be very capable, gracious in defeat and victory, and have actually made the game a hundred times more enjoyable for us. Big Salute to the Goonies,RA,IAC, and everyone else on the list who have been attacking us, good times. Thanks for the smack attempt though, weak as it was.

It is an honor to fight along side such great people. Morale is very high and to a man we are fully committed to each other and our goals. We realize that that this is a game, a game that you should have fun at. A game that should not be taken beyond its electronic borders. I can understand the strains of leadership and I harbor no ill will towards those who left. I might not agree with their reason to leave, but I respect Duun and his crew for all that they gave to RISE. They gave a ton. It is a shame that in the process we burned out the fire that made them want to be part of RISE. At the end of the day, I blame myself for failing to give them the support they needed. To suggest they turned their back on RISE, is to suggest an absurdity. We are better for everything they did. This thread should be viewed in the proper light. We have a person scorned and willing to do anything to seek his vengeance. I wish it were not so, but his own actions speak loud and clear. There is no level to which he would stoop to get his way. I am sorry that things turned out this way for him. They didn't have to get to this point. But we cannot always stop people destined for self-destruction. I truly hope that the rage you feel inside whithers, for the fact that you carry this disappointment beyond the borders of this game screams of a person needing some serious help. Moreover, the desperation of posts like this will no doubt be a solid warning to others that you are not to be trusted. They are halving at every moment it seems. First the move from Syndicate to BoB space where they lost BIG and other core groups that did not want to align with BoB. Now a war where they are stationed about as far from empire as you can get. Their brand of combat is sub par and formulaeic. Now that Sobic has left, they do not have a single commander capable to defending space. Tell Cyvok to warm up his engines, he'll be flying that faction bs in RIT soon enough.

Semaj Valencia Gallente Aliastra	Posted - 2007.03.09 08:26:00 - [38] Bottom line is....despite any and all flaming directed at me personally....the information conerning Feythabolis..the current state of Rise...poor protection of the region by it caretakers that are paying BoB 20 billion per month for use of the constellation and the 10/10 plex is entirely correct. All but one of the original alliance ministers are gone...Rise is left picking up the pieces and trying its best to keep things going. The best fleet commanders the alliance had to offer are now sitting in their own private corp trying to get invited into DICE. The corps that left have gone their seperate ways because the internal power block that was controlled by two of the corps was overpowering all the rest of the smaller corps. If a group wanted to take feythabolis, they dont have to anchor POS...all they have to do is prevent the plex from being ran when the server comes back up. Without successful plex runs the rent doesn't get paid and your presence in Feyth will no longer be needed. Heck if you really want to know the secret.....go into the first room of the plex and shoot one ship and leave....the main boss is then bugged and wont spawn....bye bye 500 million

As for Semaj Valencia / Hull Cleaver, the man is completely untrustworthy in game and in real live, to the point of wondering if he has a psychosis of some sort. Manipulative, deceitful and someone I'm ashamed to have trusted at one point.
