How about making t2 mods drop from rats like the good named t1 does now? Would'nt any self-respecting rats have upgraded their ships by now? Invention is tedium regardless of how it is implemented and if that is going to be the future of t2/t3....

I only carry Heavy and Sentry drones. The heavies instant pop frigs in 1 volley, cruisers, just a couple of seconds longer. Why do so many push for light drones for frigs? Are drone skills the deciding factor here?
