I would imagine not, so long as they are not used in a manner beyond being a communication tool.

You mean just a popup of who is speaking?
Should be fine, I think. I've seen loads of people using the Mumble overlay before (if and when it works) |

^^ this. Then again CCP does have some strange ideas at times... The way I look at it is, if it doesn't modify or input things into the client you are probably good. |

I've never heard of the overlays being disallowed. I've used pretty much all of them at some point, never had a problem. Usually what CCP has problems with are input automation programs and things like that. |

File a ticket and ask. From what I read, as long as it does not modify the game to give you an unfair advantage your good. but the only real answer would come from a Support Ticket.

You should be good with a Teamspeak overlay.
