It appears to have been preventable. having fought against RA and Smash in the past I have the utmost respect for both alliances. I hate to see them come to blows while BoD is still around. Regardless, good luck to both of you. Hopefully this will get resolved in the near future.

Anyone who knows about Russians in Eve ( a good portion of them anyways), KNOW they farm every complex they can to make real life money from the ISK they generate. Why do you think there was such a hugh scandel reguarding the broken plexes and ALL Russian corps farming them 23/7 for months on end. RED is in it for the REAL money folks. If you cant see that by now....then you never will. And its pretty sad.

You guys had people in your own alliance willing to bump ships out of POS's for us in order to try and ensure a safe escape. Not really our fault they felt that way. At least you seem to have ditched / smothered Mujin Kross, probably the first step you have towards not losing your space again. RATEL have legitmate reasons not to like us, I appreciate that. No one minds being hated for something you actually did. Cry for our lives? There's not a snowballs chance in hell we would lose against RA on our turf. This is more to bring the situation to the attention of people who have been pretending it didn't exist so we can get on shooting other things... Also, I know a guy who sells carriers if you need another one, good to see you use them and lose them at gates without having to be accidentally gang warped there.

This is also coming from an alliance who puts up a cyno directly on top of an unachored pos jumps a carrier in fitted with all expanded cargo holds and only has three bs escorts and a stabber protecting it. So i figure your accusation of Smash stealing pos passwords and ships is a confabulation for your alliances own short comings. So I am guessing that TDE station is still a bitter pill for poor old ratel to swallow but in the great words of Uncle Chop Chop "Harden the #### up"

Yes, we steal ships. We will steal ships at towers that we get passwords to. We will scan down ships that log off with aggression timers and kill them. We will find ships parked in space and steal them (which doesn't happen as much since the probe patch made it so easy). We will take advantage of angry people in alliances who want to hurt their former allies in a blaze of drama. We will take advantage of them bumping ships out of pos bubbles and flying them to us for cheap prices. If someone is willing to sell out their friends, we are willing to pay. We don't deny that. Most alliances will take advantage of any of those situations. I'm not sure how one steals isk or what you mean by stealing server info though. If you mean teamspeak/ventrillo info, sure we'll use it when we get it, usually through spies or disgruntled peeps. We don't hack forums or use illegal means to gain access to comms or personal info on our enemies.

Of course u cant be beat RA they just wont lie down until the 10/10 plexs are all formerly nerfed - but if bob go after RA then goonfleet might chance their arm where d2 wont in delve and fountain. Your absolutely right in the picture you have painted the north looks ready to fall. However i think it would be safe to say; That picture was painted while wearing BoB colored glasses if you know what I mean.

So quit acting like saints. EVE is dog eats dog. I might be wrong, but I think RA don't use pets (at least not extensively), therefore what other natural source of income is there for a PvP alliance? Also, knowing Russian mentality, I can guarantee that they would not betray friends for 10/10 plex; and as was stated before, NAP is not friendship, and technically it wasn't broken. SMASH attacked a positive standing entity in response for it attacking their friends. Maybe they thought that everyone would just copy their standings and the universe would revolve around them, eh.
