On a side note its very cool to see that people are using boosters now. One of the bob dreads had a "cap booster" booster in his cargo.
Perhaps they had gathered so many of the mods they figured it'd be more useful to put them on warships than npcing ships?
Still, those mods... to be a scavenger of that battlefield.

And for putting officer mods on Capitals there are in my mind two reasons:
1. Simply because you can and others can not. Its a power thing.
Why do you put 24" rims on your SUV? Not because it makes driving easier thats for sure.
2. In some cases, other than being hit by 30 other dreads, they most certainly
will make a difference, this has been proven several times.
This goes for faction ships too, you can do a lot more in a Vindicator than in a
Megathron even if both are kitted with top notch gear.

As I earlier said quite impressive. But then I went to the system myself a bit later and found it full of BoB people and lots of ship kills there. What is going on there? BoB recovered quickly? Or is that another bait for them?

As for the DEVS tags, give them a break...it's clearly a joke, hardly the first time an alliance has taken a 'serious' exploit issue and made light of it (fun? remember that?)...and when you consider that they decisively lost this engagement, it sort of goes to show that they aren't just pressing an 'I Win' button...

Weren't you guys bragging about your "10,000 man coalition) against RA last year? LV, V, KOS, CHIMP, ASCN (for a weekend), etc., etc., etc.
Guess what happened. RA actually survived pretty much by itself. So that's one coalition member that's survived LONGER than LV against a 10,000 man coalition.
