This can lead to a lot of people fully cashing out their research points if the T2 lottery is done giving out bpos. This will drive invention costs down. Are all lottery BPOs going to be handed out prior to patch deployment?
lottery BPOs are being convered to 10000 run BPCs all t2 BPOs wil be removed so its a mute point
Source?
Also, Hulks are inventable, what about drones?
And ammo...

This one kinda bugs me. Will it cause an act of aggression to salvage someone else's wreck? Does it already? Because I could see a lot of greifing destroyers warping around and salvaging people's wrecks while destroying their loot...
Salvaging a wreck that belongs to another player does not lead to criminal flagging.

Hooray for bug fixes and tweaking instead of new content...seriously :-) I think EVE has needed some TLC to some of the existing systems more than new content for a while now.
Great job CCP!

Geez i hope you tripple-checked this on supercapitals. Otherwise if there was some unintented behavior there this could end up in having to actually reimburse such ships. ;)
edit: oh and nice stuff to read in there. Now i can think of a new sig.

ôThe description for the Auto Targeting System II module now displays the proper number of maximum locked targets (+3).ö I thought that module was impossible to get. No T2 blueprints where giving out in the lottery as far I a know and invention does ton work as there are no T1 blueprints. Been trying to get the T2 module for a while now.

As a covert ops pilot this one scares me a lot. This means that if I warp at 100km to a hostile pos I might land inside it and be decloaked and killed and there is no way what so ever for me to find out in advance...
That's exactly what I thought when I read that. Colour me concerned.

This is happening when you anchor a new POS. Existing POS'es are not being moved.

I think the point is that all new POS are possibly going to be at locations you would warp to when scouting for POS and hence you lose your covert and an expensive cloak when you get bounced out of the shield.
I don't really like this change myself eaither as it makes putting up a POS in 0.0 while in hostile situations very scetchy. You have a slow hauler or carrier anchoring the POS... now place your bets where the POS will be when it is finished and how far away you have to fly to get to it as hostiles are on their way to shoot it.
Is there a reason this was done this way instead of making it so that the centre of a grid which contains a moon is moved to the warp in point? This seems like a backwards way of tackling it and makes life a heck of a lot more difficult for players. I don't want to be anchoring a POS then find out I have to fly maybe 90 odd km away to fuel and online it when it is done. Or be required to make a bookmark to the tower, warp out to the planet then back in again to the bookmark... it should not have to be this way guys. ------

Is there a bug out there where members with standings of approx 0.1 are not include in the average, or is this a nerf against empire POS and Jump Clone services by including members with no standings?

CCP, I don't know why I keep letting you get my hopes up. I'd hoped that my playstyle (the straight-up fight, solo and small gang PvP) would become viable again when you announced that nanos would, in fact, be nerfed, but I now see that my hopes were in vain. It looks like my 3-billion ISK faction-fitted machariel will continue doing what it's been doing since Revelations was released: sitting in dock.
Thanks muchly, CCP.

That's the point :), to make invention cheaper and a viable alternative. I'm sure this is a step towards ending the lottery :)

Yep I see a continuing problem with the removal of all the belts since the start of Kali, seems a really lame attempt to force folks into low sec or empire, yet at the same time making it harder for them to get there.

Damn, only a few hours ago I repackaged my insured Maelstrom to get rid of the only rig that was on it so I could replace it with 3 better rigs, and I had to pay 43.5m to re-insure it.
