I can see one reason why smash jumped on the forums immediately after this incident. They have already decided to they are going to fight RA. They just want popular support now. Evidence for this is that 5 threads have been posted from a SMASH/RK perspective and this is the first RA response. This shows unwillingness on behalf of smash to deal with this in-game. They donÆt want a solution they just want to get as much sympathy from all of the EVE community so that they can wage their crusade against RA. The fact that Poeke their emperor is so prominent in posting here only solidifies my belief that this is true. HeÆs not looking for an in-game solution he has already decided to fight them and now just wants approval and eventually assistance from you all. Open your eyes people. SMASH are not the straightforward people they are portraying themselves as, quite the opposite really.

By posting these disagreements and diplomatic incidents along with each group's positions from their points of view it provides transparency and a feeling of openness which is very good for large groups like these. The division of which you speak can only be sown through deceit and misunderstandings. As long as each aspect of the coalition is approaching this with the same goal in mind, that is resolving the issue so as to be able to move forward, having the details open to the public reassures all parties directly and indirectly involved as to what exactly is going on and leaves significantly less room open for rumors and doubt to be spread. I'm not sure if this is quite the appropriate place for these things, but it's sufficiently public and sufficiently well visited that it does the trick better than any other I can think of. That said I do hope that with a combination of this sort of transparency and in game communication some form of resolution can be speedily brought about and standings restored to +ve.

This is the second RA posted thread (the prior one by papa digger). This is only the 3rd smashkill thread, and one of those was related to GS, not RA. There is no crusade against RA. Finally, i think i've posted more in this thread than peoke has. What does that mean? Nothing. and BTW, i'll be in a gang with ratel once i've actioned this character and quit eve. That will be all.

IF this is true RA is very wrong and lack diplomacy and politics skills at a frightening level.
