Is the Angel Palladium tag supposed to be used up when you activate the gate to the 6th level?
This is for the level 3 mission.

I don't know if its SUPPOSED to be, but for me it always IS. None of the other missions with bonus rooms I've done has ever used up the tag however, so dunno if this is a bug or a "feature"
Personally I don't bother with it unless i happen to have a spare tag, since the tags tend to run about 1.3 mil (last time i checked) and the value of the bonus room in bounties and loot is usually just slightly higher - its simply not worth the effort and time for me.

1? Try 4 mil or more and yes it sucks as you can't warp out to swap your salvage rig without it costing for yet another tag. AVOID

I recently tried again but brought a gang mate along to loot hoping as a gang member he could get in with me with one tag. Nope...each person needs their own tag and each tag gets eaten.
So, since I was in the room anyway I figured may as well kill everything and get the stash. I do this and go for the stash which gives me nothing. Not crap loot...literally nothing. Nada, zip, zero.
Current patch notes sounds like they are addressing Overseer drops so maybe that will be fixed but have to wait and see.
Tags really should have several uses on them before expiring so you can at least bring a loot monkey in and all gang members should be able to enter on the use of one tag (CCP wants us to group afterall and expects us to burn multiple 4 million ISK tags to get everyone in to a room that might net 5 mil in loot?).

use an angel Silver tag. They don't get used up IIRC.
On the lvl 4 missions, Diamond tags are required for angel and guistas extrav, and they do not get used up.

If you can't do it in one run it can cost too much to be worth doing, but the best way is to kill everything, bookmark the area, warp out, finish the mission, then swap to your salvage boat and warp to your bookmark.
The wrecks will still be there and you can use a MWD again since it's not deadspace anymore.

You guys sure on that? The gates have about a 30 second activation time so after the bloke with the tag goes through, the others have about 30 seconds to activate the gate as well.
I've never had any trouble taking corp mates through gates on bonus rooms.
What I find useful for looting and salvaging, is to BM each room, then complete the mission.
I can then fly to each room without needing to use the gates, plus I can use a MWD for faster travel between wrecks.
Edit: Oops, Nadarius already pointed out my second point.

No. Sansha Silver unlocks massive attack. (Not used up either). Angel Palladium is for Angel Extravaganza.

Just did this mission twice last week.
Both times used tag (always dos) and loot ship warps in fine and AB's away until fight over then loots.
We will see after next patch if any different, but in all the times I done this mission, always worked that way.

Imo, its not really worth doing this bonus room, its gonna cost u like 2 mil just for the tag, and the bountys in the room are not much more than that if ur lucky, so ur lucky if u even make the isk back u spent on the tag, and the stash doesn't drop anything nice that often, last time all i got was standard missile launcher, and the most i ever had from that mish is Domination shield booster, but that was once, and hasn#t happened again since,

oops my mistake, I've not done level 3 missions for months.
Massive Attack lvl 4 doesn't have a secret area does it? That's a shame.

does the palladium tag only drop in the same mission? I've never had one drop and i'd like to be sure i'm doing the right thing to possibly get one. personally I don't think Angel Extravaganza is even worth the pain in the butt to even do.

agreed ive done the bonus stage once and that took over 2 hours. 90% of that was warping in and hour and the nice 6x 15km treks etc. Waste of time - u can do the first 5 stages in that time or worlds collide - better to get another mission imo.

Part 6 of this mission is a complete waste of time. It uses up the tags every time you warp in and out. And, if you have the kind of tank that can handle that amount of damage, you can run level 4s already. So why bother to have it? I just wish I had read this thread before I wasted the time and ISK to attempt it.
