Even at 1-2pm evetime it's sometimes unplayable. Goddamn farmers. Thankfully I had already destroyed all the scramble thingies, so my CNR and expensive mods were safely warped out. Saves having to write a petition.

Many, many, many of us starting missioning in the Motsu/Saila region long before it turned into the lagfest that it is now. Once you've spent several months slowly building up LPs with an agent you can't just abandon them and move to a new agent just because of the lag. If CCP would let us transfer LPs then the Motsu/Saila problem would probably disappear overnight. I know I for one would find another agent somewhere less crowded and never go near Motsu again. This is such a small, easy fix that I don't understand why it can't be done. I know it's coming, but it's a LONG way off yet and by that time missions will be very different to how they are now - many people want to get the only decent ISK:LP offer out of the way before that set of nerfs^H^H^H^H^Hchanges. So, try reading and thinking before trotting out the EXACT SAME RUBBISH that always gets posted in these threads.

My alt has lvl 4 caldari navy agents, but only lvl II with other caldari factions and I'm sure as hell not grinding lvl II missions again. As soon as I get the standings increase to use another faction and then a semi decient offer, I'm off to a diffrent faction. The problem is, that you almost always have to start with the Caldari Navy agents, or you generally don't realise you should be running with other factions till you have already done the grind. I enjoy the missions with the satisfaction of knowing that I'll be rewarded in due time for my efforts. Example: Just because I've enjoyed the time training my character up to 15 million skill points doesn't mean I'd like to do it all over again with the same character. And just because I enjoy doing missions (over and over again) doesn't mean I also enjoy doing them with lag galore.

The reason Motsu is so heavily camped is it has one of only 2 available Q18 Command agents for Caldari. The rest are various mixtures that include more courier missions (Command has the best percentage of combat missions of all types). So, that is the best hi sec agent available for combat missions for Caldari (the other one is for Spacelane Patrol in Isinokka). The only Q19 Command agent is in low sec and there are no Q20 Command agents anywhere for Caldari (and ALL Q20 Caldari agents are in low sec/0.0 and all but one are almost strictly courier missions). So you can see CCP has pretty much forced the issue on this one as there is little in the way of options so Motsu and neighboring Saila suck bad. EDIT: Actually due to Ininokka's lower sec status (.7.) than Motsu's (0.9) the Spacelane Agent would be somewhat better. No idea if that one is camped too though.
