*NEWSFLASH*
The leading Minmatar terrorist corporation Oracle has returned to Empire space following a period building up its forces in 0.0
Earlier this evening I received the following message from Wren of Oracle:
Quote:
"Mr. Hardin of PIE,
Oracle will be increasing our activities in Empire space in the coming weeks. With the emergance of mixed fleets, and the current level of both our companies, Oracle feels that the current ROE needs to be modified. We will still honor the no podkill rule, as well as the return of items lost in battle, if the same is promised for our pilots.
However, we would like to allow the use of warp scrambers and disruptors, as well as the pursuit of damaged vessels. If you could send out a Corp EVE-Mail to notify your pilots, I will do the same.
As always, honor and respect,
Wren."
Shortly after this communication was received a fleet of loyal Amarr pilots intercepted a mixed Minmatar fleet consisting of a number of Oracle and People's Front of Minmatar Pilots.
In the ensuing engagement in Yulai approximately 8 Minmatar cruisers (+ around four frigates) were lost to the PIE fleet in a decisive victory for the Amarr forces.
Sadly one PIE cruiser was destroyed by sentry guns and two frigates were lost to enemy action, neverthless this was a decisive victory against known Minmatar terrorists.

Al Haquis - a great victory for PFOM? Surely you mean PIE?
We believe that approx. 12 PFOM/Oracle ships were lost in total. Maybe one or two up or down on that figure!
This is what we lost:
JohnnyAlpha - Frig Gaius Kador - Frig Rodj Blake - Frig K'alorn Font'a - Cruiser - To sentry's
May the Emperor praise them!

I can only assume that this is the famous Curse Alliance
'DENIABILITY'
That we are seeing here.
Oh well. I will not get into an arguement over numbers.
Suffice to say that after both clashes last night the loyal Amarr fleet held the field while the Minmatars fled...
...and apparently a jolly time was had by all

Okay...
I will retract the kill figures until I have more definite confirmation.
There is no point spoiling what was apparently a good battle with a flame fest.
I wasn't there so went on what I was told last night (by several different sources).
In total last night PIE lost:
1 Cruiser and 3 Frigates in the battle AND in the numerous pre and post battle clashes.
It would be nice if Oracle and PFOM could each HONESTLY put what they lost!

In order to avoid any future doubts upon battle statistics as far as our own ship losses are concerned and where kills are verifiable (i.e. with corpses) members of the Peoples Front will now be required to log all engagements within our central records. This will then enable me to more accurately discuss any such claims made about the PFM's pilots activities in such battles.
Indeed I have asked my pilots to do the same.
