Col Callahan Caldari DAB RAZOR Alliance	Posted - 2007.03.23 05:47:00 - [1] This is were I stand, I pay CCP 15 dollars a month for eve, this means ALL OF EVE. the second that you start getting a un even playing filed for people who will spened more money, CCP has been ageist people buying and selling ISK with real money or selling your Char or accout for years and now we find out that there ok with it as long as they are the ones racking in the money. SO now they offer a + tack on that they know will give some the upper hand so that they can pocket more of our money. Sorry, but thats just not right. "O but its only 98 cents a month", No its $980,000.00 more that you have in your back pockets. Eve has always been ONE price for use of the eve severs and the EVE client, THE WHOLE EVE CLIENT!!!!!! Pleas tell me in not alone here......

I couldn't care less if ccp made money, they are providing a service, i am paying for said service, they are happy, i am happy. Whats the problem. ...and you are not paying them for something that's already apparently 'free'. That's the bauty of it, it's purely optional.

Oh yes i'm a huge CCP DEV alt! I've been found out! Don't be so ignorant and try and see it from another perspective. Why should it be free? you've yet to give me one good reason. Added content to the game doesn't bring in a lot of new bandwidth usage, this does, and someone has to end up paying for it. At a dollar a month i'm surprised youve put in the effort whining on the forums for this long. Spend an extra 30 min overtime at your job tomorrow and it will be paid off for the entire year.

All ccp did was integrate another company's service into their client. All the stuff (servers, bandwidth and whatnot that is paid for with TS anyway) is under the ownership and control of the other company. NOT CCP. Get over yourself. pay for eve more than 1 month at a time, and you'll save money. Then pay for voice and you're back at 15 bucks a month. good game

The fact is, people are ALREADY paying extra to get this advantage over you, its just now the Devs are offering it to you intigrated into the game as aposed to running a second client for voice chat.

In every other game I have played in where the Guild/Corp had a vent/TS server they more or less insested on using it, and every big Raid/PvP guild uses it.

I can see it now: Ok corp members, our Vent bill is due. There are 137 members in this corp which means the current bill is 3.64 cents per person. Send in the checks.
