I am hoping they raise the priority over the winter as I see completion of tiericide as prerequisite to player built meta modules - the named components needed are already on the market.
Compact makes sense for just about any module that uses CPU and power. Restrained for anything that uses capacitor. Past experience suggests the devs will publish their plans and give us a reasonable amount of time to comment. I think Enduring uses less capacitor, and Restrained has lower drawbacks.
Resistance Platings are going to be interesting in that case, because they use no cap and no CPU, and have no drawbacks. You can't tiericide these in any obvious way. |

I imagine CCP will avoid this though as they've never had a base PG or CPU stat that wasn't a whole number. |

Passive shield resistance amplifiers do have a powergrid requirement of 0.75 with all V skills. Daichi, I have used the compare tool with turrets a lot and if you combare 200mm railguns or mega pulse lasers and order by meta level, all tracking is the same from t1 to purple. I did say base stat. Most things end up with fractional values when you apply the {thing} Upgrades skills to them. |
