So the server is going down for 30 minutes to apply an update. This is great news, shows that people are really working to improve the game!
But would you please tell us what these updates are about? Me for one is very curious, as the game mechanics kinnda grow on you - and it would be nice to know what changes to adapt to...

Now that's insane, where's the reason behind this? I'd rather see the hated 15 minute wait for lvl3 agents go, I know it's been tweaked some but just get rid of it.
Now people will visit agents in their brimful industrials to try and bypass bottlenecks, I know at least one agent giving me 80% of the missions to the same system, if there's others giving you that many beyond FD-MLJ for example someone will have a cow...

I think they already DID take out the lvl3 agent Mission Frequency times. Mine all say N/A for Max Frequency.. Not sure what it will say in 351secs though.

Guess it just takes me 15 minutes to do them nowadays with all the instamissions gone. 
I do have had an agent turn me away however upon finishing a same system mission swiftly, that would imply some sort of timer guess I assumed too much...
