I can't login to other accounts, , because I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THOSE EMAIL ACCOUNTS.
I HAVE BEEN PLAYING AND PAYING AND BUYING PLEX FOR 8 YEARS.
AND NOW I CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF YOUR VERIFICATION PROCESS? I CANT EVEN TRACK MY TICKETS FOR THOSE ACCOUNTS. I CAN'T EVEN LOG INTO THE ACCOUNTS TO MANAGE MY EMAIL OR MY ACCOUNT. I CANT EVEN LOGIN TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS. I WILL JUMP THROUGH YOUR LITTLE OWNERSHIP HOOPS AND GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS. BUT YOU GUYS HAVE REALLY PISSED A LOT OF LONG TIME PLAYERS OFF. I EVEN UPDATED THE ACCOUNTS WITH MY NEW EMAIL A LONG TIME AGO AND THE VERIFICATION PROCESS SEND THE EMAIL TO THE ORIGINAL EMAIL. DO YOU JUST HATE YOUR CUSTOMERS OR WHAT? WE PAY FOR THIS GAME, AND OVER 8 YEARS THAT IS TON OF MONEY. I HAVE TO CONTACT YOU ON THIS ACCOUNT TO GET SOME KIND OF RESPONSE BECAUSE ONCE A TICKET IS SUBMITTED BY MY OTHER ACCOUNT I HAVE NO WAY TO TRACK IT OR HAVE A CONVERSATION. As you may be experiencing log in issues Log In or [E-Mail Verification issues, we need to make sure youGÇÖve exhausted the following steps before we proceed:
All email sub folders, junk / spam / trash folders have been checked and no verification emails have been received there.
YouGÇÖve whitelisted the following email or added it to your contacts list:
[email protected] and tried again.
a. Info on how to whitelist emails can be found here:

Make sure not to send the verification email multiple times.
a. Each new verification email created will disable the last one.
b. Each verification email is valid for 30 minutes.
If youGÇÖre getting a GÇ£Code MismatchGÇ¥ error message.
a. Please wait for 30 minutes to make sure all codes are disabled.
b. Request the verification to be sent once, and once only.
c. Wait for that email to arrive and apply the code to your account.
If youGÇÖre getting a GÇ£We have detected that your browser as cookies disabledGÇ¥ error message.
a. This will be fixed very soon.
b. To bypass this go into the Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options. From there set the "Internet Zone" to Medium or lower. And hit Apply.
