Obviously, you don't live in 0.0.

Most rk pilots will honor 1v1s, up to and including shooting, jamming and screaming on ts and chats at people who break them. Corp policies may or may not be in place. That said, known scammers and so forth may in some rare occasions be subject to being lured into traps and then laughed at. Koronos
