the gms know that he encountered a bug, and thats all that matters, and thats why he got it refunded. You dont get ships refunded unless you lost it to a bug.
Like I said, this is Sam's RL friend, we are talking over teamspeak.

- stella nova united (was ceo of needfull things at this time)
- gemini federation (merge needfull things with foundation)
and it happened that they cheated on 1 vs 1 against BYDI at this time.
i don't if its official policy of roadkill to cheat 1vs1. I do know that it's tolerated in foundation.

I am the ceo that said "ahahah sucker". And he was. I have a standing rule to never accept a 1v1 fight. I don't care who it is, or where it is. And if your guy warps to our pos it's his own fault for not scanning it first. To many people well beg for a 1v1 fight then bring in friends so I don't allow any 1v1. It's kill or be killed.

im a member of the roadkill alliance, and a belt pirater.
unfortunately with 1v1's the chief problem will always be where your mates are at.
if you wanta truly decent 1v11 i reccomend you look up Malachi Nefzen, Skoodwask, Silentforce and darky24 from insane descision. they always abide by 1v1's despite their evil rep.
and i'd be happy to 1v1 you i enjoy the thrill of it too much to not :)

The person who broke the 1vs1 against BYDI wasn't a foundation member, I cant remember which SNU corp he was from now though. Although yes, two foundation members did warp to and help the SNU member when he asked for help, then we felt all bad about it!  .

Its sad that so many nubtards agree with breaking 1v1's...
I have booted people from corp for only 2 reasons (aside from being annoying, and that is for dishonoring ransoms and breaking 1v1's... I didn't care if people scammed or smacktalked, but c'mon people, breaking 1v1's is as gutless and weak as you can get.

yip i don't know about rk policy, but i flew long enough with foundation to know who was involve in the bydi accident. It was quinthell and he said that he will do it again. I also was in the same system at this time and was ask if i want to participate. i refused.
BTW saying the truth is not badmouthing. And just because I play eve doesn't mean I don't honor what I say or intentional lie.

I know I have made this mistake in the past...don't judge a whole alliance by the actions of a few bad apples...
Lots of good guys in RoadKill, some not so good...same as any other alliance...and I can say that even though they've popped me more than once!

Like Blade said, and I confirm it - it wasn't FND member who broke 1v1 with BYDI, Quinthell and other member warped in to alliance mate who asked for help. And yes, they will do it again. Anytime. No one is going to ask "hey is that arranged 1v1 you want us to help you with, or you getting ganked?" - if your mate is asking for help, you just go and help, and sort out stuff later. No, I'm not going to kick anyone out of the corp because he answered a call for help.
Borre's story - it was just funny, nothing else. Borre did exactly as he promised - let the noobie warp to him and haven't fired for 20 seconds. I don't really consider it being arranged 1v1, duel or whatever.
Now, you wanted fresh start, you find more fun ganking miners in low sec than living in 0.0 - that's all fine, and everyone enjoys his own way in eve, FND respected your decision. You as well should have some respect for ppl who were flying with you, and were always good to you (even before you became our member, should remember how we first met). Don't bring up issue if you don't exactly know what happened and who was involved.
