Hi, a corpmate of mine, Samirol, agreed to do a 1v1 with borre, a member of foundation. We agreed to do a 1v1, no friends, only him and Samirol, so he warped to him, and borre was at a POS.
The POS instapopped my corpmate's myrmidon. Of course, I dont go straight to the forums with this, so he contacted the CEO and he said "ahahah sucker".
So does RK allow the breaking of 1v1s? since obviously using a POS to kill breaks the 1v1 rule.

It's called learn the basics and scan for a pos where ur aligned to (before u warp)!!!!!
I don't think Roadkills or Foundations leadership much cares, as you fell for the 3rd oldest 1 on 1 trick in eve...

granted accepting 1v1's isnt the smartest thing to do but has the eve community really reached the point of apathy towards it? Its still lame regardless wether it was a smart move by samirol or not and Roadkill's attitude towards it suggests this is an acceptable tactic.
Seems to me the only people left with honor in EVE are the belt pirates...

OP neglected to mention the lame attempt at extortion by said Samirol before the encounter, and the 30 mill isk payment to Samirol after the fact which our pity forced upon us. Was a nicely setup Myrmidon which poor Sam lost.
Lastly, who says using a POS breaks the 1v1 rule? Wasn't it just Sam and the POS? borre never even uncloaked for the show.

1. yes it IS breaking the rules of a 1v1
2. its really lame, its like scamming someone ..sure the person is stupid to fall for it but its still a despicable act and no alliance would tolerate it from their members so why is this any more acceptable

Lol at honor. I'm pretty sure Samirol didn't honorably 1v1 each ship that flew through his SNOWY gate camps in the past, or present probably.  Seriously, lolx3 at 1v1 meaning something special.

i found that ROADKILL was extremely good with 1 v 1s. i had a few with them myself and they where never broken... however, there are idiots out there... you probably found one... however if as RK claims you tried to extort them before the incidant... you probably deserved a much worse fate, being the idiot yourself.

That's what insurance is for, right? To cover ship costs, right?

1. Samirol isn't your corpmate, he's you.
2. The CEO of foundation did NOT say (your quote): "ahahah sucker".
3. You've established yourself previously not to be very good at keeping your word or have any "honor" (eg. you stole from a corpmate in blood sweat and tears? Wow!). Hence the likelyhood of what you claim being the truth is small.
