5, yeah, so you want to be there for each and every kill? sorry man, no chance. if corpses and killmails won't do it, you're S.O.L.
basically it's finer to say "i want these people dead" but to say ""do not post here or you get no bounty" lacks taste, and makes people want more and more to hurt your moneymaking potential.

Oh, you're scary, and immune to merc corps apparently. Not that I'm on the side of the OPbear, but I don't think you understand what happens when rich players hire merc corps. You end up camped 24/7.

Interesting. Nice to see someone taking this kind of initiative against can thieves. I don't think I want your bounty (hence I'm free to post in your thread), but I am curious - how to you propose to avoid this thieves taking you up on your bounty on alts, and then ransoming or podding you? Or even a 3rd party for that matter?
