A few days ago I decided that I really liked the Hyperion and decided to train up to use a spare one I had lying around. Unfortunately I have almost no skill in hybrid turrets being an Amarr battleship pilot. So what did I do? Obviously I put the biggest and badest beam-cannons I could find on it!
Of course I couldnÆt keep this glory to myself, so here for your viewing pleasure is my ôLaz0r-Hyperionö

That is really quite hawt, but then i've always been a fan of lasers for their visuals... can you get a shot of it firing a full volley of 1400 artillery fire? that's also quite hawt!

The multi-ion beam frigates you could capture in HW1. Those things did insane amounts of damage...

But just as often they spun around and pitched about like the pilot was drunk off his ass... and they did nothing cause the lasers wouldn't hit...
But I do miss HW1.

Got a person in a friendly corp who does the exact same thing (seriously though. And he uses radio.) So whenever we see a **** setup we say it's because he's piloting it.

Haha well its not like I'm actually using that setup lol. I had to fit all the low slots with RCUs to put 8 beams on it. they were just t1 junk granted, since I didn't want to go and track down my good gear. Anyone who legitimately fits their ship like that would deserve to have it blown up, honestly.

I got well over a dozen of them... they were so much fun! Could take down an enemy heavy cruiser in 1 or 2 seconds
