Heliocon - I can find no record of lost skillpoints on this character on the test server.
Sethon - both accounts are active, for password issues contact me on IRC
Francesca Dell'Agio - I think you can circumvent this by editing prefs.ini *for your Singularity client* to have networkAdvanced=1 and port=3724.
Zenz Riser - this character is not in the Singularity database. Post with an older character or wait until the next mirror.
Zyyr - use your old password
All other accounts are active.
