Since there are quite a lot of players having issues when trying to access the test server, here is where you can ask for help.

1. Account reactivation
If your account on Tranquility was inactive when the current test server mirror was made, it will be inactive on the test server as well. If you reactivated it on Tranquility after that date and you want to do the same for Singularity, post here with your character name(s) for the account(s) you wish reactivated.
Please be patient, I usually reactivate the accounts in the same day the request was made, unless I'm unavailable. When your account has been reactivated you will be notified with a reply in this thread.
Do NOT post your username here, it's a security risk for you. Your character name is enough.

2. Unbanning
If you think you were banned unjustly from the test server or that the penalty was to harsh for what you did, you can ask here (nicely!) for your case to be reviewed. Please provide the relevant character name, the date of the ban and the reason that was given. However, DO NOT INSIST if you receive a negative answer. We might shorten the duration of the ban, but if we believe that what you did affected other players and us in a very negative manner we will not unban you just because you ask. Please keep it polite and don't troll.
Likewise, you will be notified here of our decision.

Further notes:

If your account is active, but you get the "incorrect username or password message", use your Tranquility password from when the mirror was taken. Failing that, contact me on IRC (Coldfront server, #eve-chaos) and I will change your password. You must specify the password you desire, as I do not know your TQ password and I can't find it out. You can download an IRC client here - www.mirc.com - and to connect to the ColdFront server type "/server irc.coldfront.net" in the status window of the IRC client.

After I reactivate an account I delete the request post to keep the thread tidy and track requests easier. If you don't see your post anymore, this is what probably happened and you can start using your account on Singularity.

If your account or character was created after the current mirror was taken, I cannot mirror it individually. You will have to wait for the next mirror. If a character was transferred to another account after the mirror was taken it will not be available on the new account until the next mirror.
Also, reactivating your account does not update your skills from TQ. There will be no giving of skills either, it's the rulesÖ.
