I would like my account unbanned please? I accidently podded someone as i was smartbombing on the warpin to capital ships, he warped in, in a pod and died.
He was obviusly annoyed, as he got me banned, for somethign i didn't mean to do...

I'm not sure why does this happen. Everytime I try to connect to the Singularity server, it says "Incorrect username or password". I've checked that I write my username right, I even changed my password, and that didn't work either. If this is about the activation thing, then I request help. My character is called Sundlander.

you have to use the password you had when the mirror was created. you can't change the password on the test server, without contacting CCP Oneiromancer on irc
