I have this exact same problem, Interval One or Default shares FPS across 3 clients (20 FPS) each, and interval immediate cooks my cards. I only have 2 cards, but even when run from separate installation, on separate disks, separate monitors, and renamed exe's (eve.exe, cant rename the exefile.exe or fails to launch) but they still still share FPS. I'm running the Nvidia 290.36 Beta Drivers also. Please post a reply if you update to 290.53 fixes this issue.
Specs: Intel Core i7 3.4 GHz Quad Core, Dual Channel 16 GB 1033 MHz Ram 2x Geforce GTX 460 SE (Over clocked to 810/1900 MHz) 3x Internal 1 TB 6 GB/sec Sata Hard Drives Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit Nvidia 290.36 Beta Drivers.

Just thought id let you know, I'm currently talking with nvidia tech support to attempt to find a solution, so far we have:
Rolled back to 275.33 Drivers Clean install of the 290.36 Beta Driver Updated to the newest 290.56 Beta Drivers
none of these have any effect on the multi-client FPS sharing issue.I did have to re-install my 3D Transmitter each time thoe. at this point they believe it to be an issue with the game itself, probably something cause by the most recent expansion.
On a personal note: CCP Closed my petition with a cut and paste answer to file a bug report. The bug report has not been assessed as of this post. Another fine example of CCP's winning customer service, hard at napping. Ive already had more chats with nvidia customer support about eve than with CCP and its not even there product and 90% likely caused by CCP.

Thank you for your response Paradox, please keep me/us informed. Is it to early for an estimated time for the fix? Maybe its hardware specific something I can change temporarily, I have several machines. Moving parts around is no problem.

Thank you very much Jolen! disabling aero worked for me as well, really appreciate it. Its a shame it took so long to find a work around. Didn't like all the windows shiny anyway.
All systems go, 3 clients running smoothly at 60FPS each :)
