This announcement concerns all Capsuleer pilots and civillian captains in New Eden. The North Star Confederation is active and on duty in Providence.
The North Star Confederation is as its name implies, a confederation of like minded member corps dedicated to the anti-piracy movement in New Eden. [NSTAR] formed in February around the Sinq Laison and Syndicate regions. We run on a NRDS policy throughout New Eden and it is our intention to spread security in whatever regions we inhabit for neutral traffic and commercial travelers.
Pirates and other weak opportunists looking to make a living off the hard work of others are being swiftly put down wherever we see them. There is only a handful of serious dedicated anti-piracy corporations and alliances in the galaxy and the North Star Confederation is setting the bar for how the movement functions through our cohesive and potent operations.
Working side by side with our allies while on patrol in Providence, this region will be clean.

Cool. More anti-pirates in Providence.
Out of interest, how will you be selecting your targets? I mean, I'm actively anti-pirate myself, and run a pro-active anti-grief campaign. But ... well, you get a lot of people who operate 'NBSI' policies, or just 'shoot James Lyrus' policies (well, it seems that way at times).
Would I be safe in assuming that anyone operating the latter ROE would be someone I could count upon your assistance against?

May I ask who is your Official Diplomat? as the Representative of Bastet's Organization Of Mining (B.O.O.M. Corp), I would like to know what we need to do to be Set as Blue towards your alliance, and the member corps that we need to set as Blue. We as a Corp plan to Move into a Small Part of Providence (1 or 2 systems) in the near Future, and wish to be a friendly with our Neighbors as possible.
