As far as I know, someone posted a link last night. People unknowingly clicked the link (myself included), not knowing what it was to, and were brought to a real life hardcore CP site. That's what I think the OP is talking about, other than he might just be a whiner.

It's already been posted what /b/ is in this thread. That large quote from the wikipedia article. If you want to know a bit more you'd actually have to go to 4chan and check out the Random section. And I have to say that I honestly don't recommend it.
