As far as I know, someone posted a link last night. People unknowingly clicked the link (myself included), not knowing what it was to, and were brought to a real life hardcore CP site. That's what I think the OP is talking about, other than he might just be a whiner.

I went there when this thread popped up to see what everyone was on about. I didn't really understand 99% of what I saw in /b/ (probably lots of insider jokes). Most of it looked like junk to me. But some of the pictures where pretty offensive. I haven't been back there since.
