5 Freighter kills in 2 hours this weekend

Little Texan	Posted - 2007.05.01 12:57:00 - [1] Attention freighter pilots 125 domis are being assembled and coming to a popular system near you. It will be an interesting weekend. I figure it will cost us a net of 2.5 billion....to kill all 5 freighters. If we pick freighters with 1.0 billion isk each we break even...if they have more we make easy isk. The freighter pilots lose either way. Live in fear....because there is nothing you can do to stop it except stay in your station. It almost happened to me and now it will happen to others. This isn't war, this is business....and CCP has made freighter killing a profitable business.

My bad. /Ki Suicide ganking suddenly becomes a whole lot less viable when your overhead is the 'new' cost of a BS, rather than the the 'insurance' cost. In one case, it's what, 70mil for the ship, and in the other it's 20 or so, for the insurance. Which ok, raises the bar a bit, not stops it.

Do the math yourself...my final comment here...the warning here is meant to put freighter pilots on notice for this weekend. This is not personal...not even war...just business. But your real reason for posting this isn't to put anyone on notice, or to warn anyone. You just want to vent your frustration on not being safe in empire anymore. It shines through clearly in your OP, and in your last post. If you pull this off I will salute you. That's 5 less afk NPC corp freighters, and 5 pilots that will have learned a valuable lesson for the future. I do, however, hold a slim hope that one of the freighter pilots will take some security measures and that he saves his ship, costing you yours.
