Chances are high that if it doesn't directly reference a player or in-game item/term it didn't start in this game and isn't an eve meme. Those aren't even memes, they're repeated phrases used in trolling. Say that somebody made a 3 post extended conspiracy theory about how quafe is taking control of the world and from then on influenced people to start posting something like "SURRENDER YOUR QUAFE!" instead of saying something about tinfoil hattery, THAT would be an eve-based meme.
But if you mean any old internet meme or exchange of concepts I'd like to list every internet-based and non-internet-based acronym used even once in the game and put up the CNN and BBC logos.

You wouldn't need memes if you used the correct Dread, which uses a jumpgate or a stardrive to move and is also known as the Templar, an Amarr Fighter used by Carriers and shuttles (which don't have very good tanks).

Well, I had hopes for We're Sorry, Something Happened but you all dropped the ball imo.
I still have yet to be podded and I figured that would be a witty thing for pirates to say to me should it ever happen... Oh well. Guess I'll just have to keep my virgin pod until it finally catches on.

That was an amazing thread, i cant believe i forgot about it. and the way it was told gave an adam douglas kinda feel. That was one of the best and should be forever used when eve breaks.

If a meme is genuinely funny it'll get spread by word of mouth naturally.
Things like the templar or shuttle meme only exist because people are sheep and they like to be 'in' on the latest thing, to the extent that they'll engineer new memes by finding vaguely amusing coincidences and spamming them everywhere and sticking them in their sigs until everyone has heard it.
That's not a meme in my books, that's a bunch of idiots spamming crap.
