I would think that the military strength is determened on how well you hold your space. You can be the greatest by just roaming the universe killing everyone without a cause. Does MC have a cause other than just killing every single target that BOB hands them? After fighting in the north will they just keep working like slaves for BOB? Love these posts where everyone is questioning the leadership on the bigger alliances, ask yourselves this: Why do they each own almost 1/5 of the 0.0 universe Answer: Because they just did.. and with there military strength Oh yeah and.. BOB D2 RA/Goon ...they have accuired this space with supreme force that has not be stopped. Thus making them the biggest and the best!

Ignoring POS warfare in any way, shape, or form. 1)BoB-Hands down, the next 2 alliances combined could not stand toe to toe with them. 2)AAA-Can bring it when they need to, however they would get spanked bad by #1 3)RA-Strong but lack any fighting ability beyond cap ships or support from others. 4)Goons-If it was not for Titans they would be #1, but as the game is right now nothing they can do against even 1 Titan. 5)MC-Very much like BoB just dont have the Titans or the numbers. 6)D2-The only thing that put them on the list at all is their Titan, without it they could not fight their way out of a wet paper bag. 7)Cruel Intentions-Many good pilots and super caps, just waiting for something to light a fire underneath their feet. 8)Morus Mihi-Competent pilots but lack a Titan, if they had one they would be above D2. 9)Tri-A month ago they were a joke, but from what I have seen so far they are going to be the next Northern super power. 10)Outbreak-Not an alliance but they would wipe the floor with any alliance that does not have super caps.

If it is the former, I'd have to say Goons are top runners up there with BoB. If the Latter, well lest face it MC has few equals, and no betters. I think the strongest alliances are those who don't need to reveal their true power while been given time to build up extreme amounts of war gear. Those who don't post about how they rock and who don't have silly fanboys cheering them any minute of the day. The time will come and they will profit. Sadly, i'm not on their friendslist.

Apparently the worst smackers in the game but i've yet to see it. They are also very quick on the ball, I try my best to arrive first at gates after DT but they always beet me to it. 3rd,,, proberly AAA/MC they both got very handy fleets and know how to use there... ships.
