She wants a game with no penalities for player mistakes. A game where the game holds your hand and doesnt punish you for being stupid. A game where the "new player experience" is the mantra for how she wants the game to be for every citizen. Completely safe, dull and without essence like every other mmorpg out there at the moment. There is a difference between safe and dull and balance. If something does not work right, it helps if someone mentions it, that in itself has nothing to do with whining. The only way to improve something is change. The old Jim Mc Gregor would have known those things.
