Thanks.

CCP's PLEX ad in the launcher looks like a Jita scammer ad. No wonder ppl are confused. Then again, making people think they get more for their money was proably the reason for this change.

That is the only game time conversion available. 500 plex = 30 days game time and Omega State. You can not plex an account for $4.99. They should have just gave it a new name though because PLEX no longer works to describe 1 unit of plex since you now need 500 of them to accomplish what 1 used to accomplish.

Yeah I get it they want plex to be an item that can be bought at a rate set by CCP with real money but that became a problem when they decided they wanted other things to be available in that way.
