Maybe - but thats only because the CFS persist in flogging lies about news services and simply cannot be truthful.
You ahve two Senators openly and flagrantly making up lies and it doesnt bother any of you at all - it is yet anothr indication of how low the CFS has fallen and how little honour, truth and ideals mean to them.
A bit like you "oh so valient" self fighting m0o hard from deep within safe empire space it simply leaves the rest of u more and more convinced of your shallow nature and continuing destruction of the CFS alliance from within.
With every post you and yours fall lower and lower into the mire.
You have two senators making public false accusations and none of you has the courage or honesty to call themt o task. Furthermore you all know and deliberately act to harm EVE Guardian with such lies and it is a service to the community as a whole - and none of you care because you have a fixation on it being the enmy of the CFS.
I'll tell you one thing for free, the only true enemy of the CFS is the sort of hypocrisy and base standards exhibited by Cardassius and Ends and yourself.
Brave on the forums, incapable of actually commiting to the fight, quick with the accusations and lies, incapable of providing evidence.
You fail by your own standards and cannot see it, so blinkered are you.
Your measure ahs been taken, well and truly, and you, Cardassius, Ends and more have all been found wanting.
Enjoy your notoriety as liars, cowards and promoters of hate.

I can only second what Morkt just wrote. The items you accuse us and others for, are only accounted for by yourself. It's called projection, when you transfer your own actions onto others to verify your own act. This time around, none of us others are guilty of anything you state.

This kind of information gathering is illegal.
Which in this case hasn't happened. And i think it's just to get more hits on their website.
They also don't post things like exploits that are being used by pirates because they are "unproven" (lol sorry but there is proof enough) but they do post things about alleged
killings by Lord Zap for example.
Now i'm getting those damn homeless...fekking agents..oops i'm not even in CFS space :P

The point of it being illegal is NOT the way in which it was gotten. It is incorrect of the Guardian to not only use the information given but to then refuce to remove it at the owners request.
This is just another example of where the game tries to follow real life exmaples but doesnt leave us with the tools to follow it as such.
And I am sorry, but NO ONE can honestly say that Guardian is a neutral website for the betterment of the game. Its a propaganda website that takes game issues and places it own spin on things.
And I have to wonder if Morkt has so much connection with it, then that might have more to do with it then he would like to admit.

And we've all been there with the EVEs inhabitants. There is absolutely nothing wrong in either the way it got the information or in publishing it.
Its what news is.. news.. a proposed bill that stops CFS space being Free Space IS news.
All these alt-postings by pseudo-enraged CFS people are nothing more than angrykids who got caight with their hand in the cookie jar.
So far EG has been biased against every single alliance in the game... pretty good sign thats it unbiased ...
People who think that nothing can be published without it being agreed by the lawyers of whomever it mentions need to get a grip on reality, firstly on how this is a game and secondly on how press works... do we yet again have to go through the same old "of course its opinion its written by a person" spiel evey time the CFS get caught with their pants down?
Be ike Joshua for gods sake, dont read it if you don't like, or go do your own News service, but quit preaching about things you have no clue about.

BBBB doesn't, nor do I.
I have a massive grudge against the false CFS though and a monumental grudge agaisnt their deliberate longterm attempts to prove EG is deliberatly anti-CFS.
The CFS ideals of free space are great, unfortunately many of the current senators abandoned those ideals a long time ago.
Every single news service in EVE history has been vilified and attacked for doing nothing other than their job of presenting news with opinion.
Funny how all these prophets of "how it should be done" are incapable of doing it themselves.
Until they do jsut that they are clearly talking about things they have no clue about.

A Bill is a Bill, and it has to be voted on.
Like at elections, these kind of bills need be voted on by the senate before they are aproved.
So it's not NEWS yet because maybe this bill won't even come through the senate.
- bet they won't post anything about it when the bill doesn't get through :)

I'm not on a hate campaign. I'm out here to speak my mind. I think CFS has acted totally wrong the last couple of weeks. This weeks actions are just too much, and I'm speaking up.
If you call that hate, that's your opinion and I welcome it. I on the other hand share the wrath Walsingham, DigitalCommunist and others feel about the whole situation with CFS.
And this thread, you are the ones sitting on the proof. Your only comment (so far) has been silence and that it's not worthy your presence. Sorry for jumping on such opportunities when i want the truth, and honestly my faith in CFS have been shattered.
And I might have a couple ideas that would save you from the current situation, but it's too late now ain't it?
