This moves to a permanent status once you go below -5. Below -5 you are considered an outlaw. INFOD has not many characters in their ranks that are not outlawed, mostly alts. So I consider INFOD to be a pirate corporation. The fact that INFOD fights even odds or odds that are stacked against us does not say we are no pirates, it simply says that we are kick ass fighters not afraid of anyone.

A good pirate wants nothing to do with a fair fight. He wants your loot, as quickly and safely as possible. A good pvp'er might want a fair/good fight... but we're not talking about that. You say your "pirate" characters are alts. So you 'pirate' for fun. You don't do it as a profession. Real pirates (imo) live off of their kills. They don't mine when there's nothing to do, they don't sell GTC's, they don't run missions/complexes. Or does being a pirate mean I need to run from every fight in which I have less than 90% chance to win? Pirates make cash with pvping but not every pirate is afraid of a fair fight, some might even enjoy them

Klepto, well i think they will come far also, seems very promising. I must say you had an amazing growth of members, i have been peeking at member count a few times now and it's like exploding. This is not surprising, i know that Tiller is capable of managing this and if i recall everything right i think i encouraged him to start a corp instead of joining one, after MAFIA disbanded. It's nice to see you actually took the step. Seeing also that Tiller uses his experiences as member of Pirate Coalition, he is probably right about things being easier managed with a larger corp then an alliance of pirates. It's easier to grow then ensuring quality over time. If you can keep up quality as well, then Klepto will be successful and stable. Maybe you should do a co-op with INFOD, that would really make a fuzz and light up a few systems on the map ? Good luck with the corp.

Still if it never happens always nice to see a pirate corp thrive

Fact remains tho, if you're looking for a fair fight, you've chosen the wrong profession. As I said before, a true pirate wants nothing more than your loot. The pretty colors are always a bonus. Many recent and former corpmates hate getting blobbed, hate blobbing, and enjoy Eve most when the outcome is not certain just because you have the numbers.
