Klepto are quite active actually. I've sailed past their loosely-organised gate camps in Heimatar several times.

What u do and do really good is smartbombing and u smartbomb about this
shuttle 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 interceptor 1,2,3,4,5,6 hauler 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and the average noob in a bs but heey i would kill the noob in the bs in my rifter so who cares.
So if u want to learn how to pvp come visit us :D

Kleptos are ok I guess. I was shocked to see that the last two of them that I fought actually had the cajones to fly solo. Solo fights are so enjoyable, I do not understand why people pull some 20v1 crap. It is not fun, nor is it a challenge, nor is the loot worth anything when split so many ways. Just the WoW generation of psuedo-gaming, I suppose.
