As much as I hate to bump a m0o thread I think the above is worth noting. Leaders MUST set a good example and try hard to make sure the focus is kept that this is a game. Some will lose, some will win. Keep it civil and everybody will be there for round 2. I was severely dismayed during the early TTI and CA conflict where "you made me quit" post seemed to flourish. |
