Good job, on hitting 12 mil. Bet we're all dying to get the advanced learning skills. 
I'm out of skills to train for the time being. 147 is the most you can have without creation-only skills. Unless you were lucky enough to get scrapmetal for the 10 minutes it was available.

I was checking mine tonight and noticed that my clone is only good to 12.8 mil skill points. So you might be keeping an eye on your total as you are approaching that limit also and will need a new clone when you hit 12.8mil.

You can't see your "true" attribute values in-game, but with a little effort, you can figure them out using the forumlas posted in the sticky thread at the top of this forum.
I made a post on page 3 of that topic which gives a detailed explaination of how to find your real attrib value.

Heh, the first post on this page was me saying I was out of skills to train. 147 and I was preparing for skills that weren't released at the time. Some things never change. Finished prepping for Soverignty just a few days ago. Now I'm sitting at 296 skills, just waiting for those long-awaited Revelations skills.

Nice bit of nostalgia there.
This was about the time I terminated my first character for being too much of a wussy miner.
In retrospect I should have kept the character, and just re-skilled. Would have saved 4-5 months of sp. /me groans.
