i dont know why i am going to write here, most likely it wont'get read by u trinity since it seems u stoped replying cuz the sugestions were bad... but i will give u a rel sugestion, u probly wont like it though, cuz it will be hard...
this is from my own experience in eve, and i think u and i share something in comon. i have played eve for ALMOST 4 years (it will be in september). unfortunetly i dont have all the maxed out skills u do, cuz i always quit and come back. sometimes i delet chars, other times i give them away or sell them... the reason i cant quit eve for good its beacuse its so EASY compared to real life, even though its the most complex game!
i find out that i always come back when my real life is not that easy (ex: exam time, work preasures)... we tend to make eve our life, we fool ourselves (everyone that plays any game) thinking we are so great at something, but the reality is we are just another number in the bilions of ppl worldwide, looking for a meaning in their lives. eve gives anyone that plays it an achivable goal, that is in reach to anyone that wants it, just need a few years as u saw it... in the contrary to have a sucseful life is not just want it, we have to work it and not just cliking a mouse and a keyboard...
the truth is games, not just eve (even though its the most real), are so popular its cause it gives meaning to life! where sadly there was no meaning before...
it took me a while to find the meaning of my life as now i just play eve as a past time. i will not tell u the meaning of my life cuz u wont belive it and i dont want to force it on anyone else... but all that i can tell u is that u wont find it in eve and for that matter u will probly never find it because u will always look in the wrong places...
this post is not just for u but to everyone that plays eve... if u have read it this far congratulations! be humble enough and have self criticism to listen to what i said and reflect upon it or u will be miserable until the day u dye...

You know why? Essentially YOU CHEATED (well it seems you cheated atleast explaination to follow). You took the game out of the game by using alts to work around gameplay mechanics. You said you make alot of money by trading reselling, yet you also said you are not allowed in empire. So My conclusion is that you must be using an alt to do all the selling and trading who bank rolls your pirate, which is really not a pirate is he? you are a low sec PK'er, and maybe a pvp player.
I not sure what the answer is to your problem, but you are right and CCP has thought out eve fairly poorly in many ways. Maybe for you the answer is fight the power? MEaning instead of pking pve'r why not take it upon yourself to have a bigger goal. You really havent won eve BOB has. Maybe you need to cultivate and try to create an underground movement to overthrow the games biggest player alliance?

Everyone wins this game... when you achieve what you came out to achieve. You won. Thus time to move on. You got out of it whatever you put into it. Everyone in Eve can win in their own way. Don't think that becuase you simply don't own a Titan or you don't have soverignty over 5 regions, that you can't win.
There won't ever be ONE person that can "win" Eve... but instead there will be thousands of people winning Eve in their own way.
For me to win Eve... its the day I sell my uber 4 year old character and hand over all the isk to my honorbale corp, who can then name an outpost after me and let my soul live on forever... I will be a great historical figure among The Knights Templar for eternity.

geez wots with all the flaming? Share the eve love ppl...  So he's done some ****ty stuff? So he has a knack at annoying people? He scammed? IT's A DAMN GAME!! You constantly say this yourselves, it's just a game. Have fun, and unless you really find it fun constantly bashing a specific player just because of his actions/the way he speaks in a GAME, dont do it, and mind you own damn business. 
My suggestion to you, Trinity, would be to start your own corporation. Then have a look at your options for this corporation. I was supposed to make my own pirate corp for some time now but I lack the isk to make anything sustainable

PPS: 5 bil isnt very good. Ive been back in the game only 3 months and ive got more than a bil. So, by your reckoning, after 3 years i should have 12bil or more.

Join my corp. We're a tiny PVP fleet that has pretty good kill-death ratio. It's a lot of fun and we have a great time doing things. Best of all, you can talk with a mixture as we cover all timezones.

FYI: Princess Trinity, 5bill is nothing. If you think you have made it at 5bill and trading, you need to step back and reconsider, as soon as you stop trading your going to be under the 500mill mark again with the other 92% of the eve population.
If however your smart you will invest in a sustainable action plan for yourself and setup a passive income buissnes, but im not going to tell you how to go about that, this is for you to keep yourself amused with.
And in addition, simply having ingame skills "maxed out" at lv5 for command ships is clearly not enougth as your starting to figure out, i suggest you join a decent corp were you can learn to develope your RL pvp skills, as theirs simply no excuse for a "pirate" to fail so badly.
I suggest you try to join a corp like Infod, who can perhaps take you and make you into your suggested "dream" pvp persona.
Again, if you think you won eve with 5bill, a semi-decent char and a total lack of pvp personal skill, you may aswell go play wow, coz your simply wrong.

Something ive wanted to do is save 100bil then buy ALL freighters on jita market and resell them for 2 bil. Log on every few hours and buy all others that sell lower, and keep putting them up for 2 bil.

Eve is like sex, sure it's ok on your own but much more fun with other people involved. :) Find a corp in your timezone and work together for something, can be anything, but keep expanding your goals.
I have 85mil in the bank and have one ship I call my own, a vigilant. However I've fought in wars of all sizes against the good and the bad, have led an alliance of that started out with 250 in Providence and ended up spanning Providence and Catch and numbering 1500 plus. Now I'm in a communist militaristic mercenary corp who work together as a tight family and we accomplish things corps larger than us fail at. Materially you're much wealthier than me but I changed my measure of wealth from material things to experiences a long time ago and my enjoyment of the game went up dramatically since.
Even if you left you corp and trained a bunch of noobs how to be badass pirates, just think of the accomplishment you'd feel as opposed to the solo ganking you do now. In fact why not operate as a military and bankrole your small army. You'll have a lot of fun doing so.

the only thing i find fun about this game is small-med gang pvp. soloing is lame because you wil prety much always die these days, unless your in a recon or nano-ship and you pich and chose your targets very carefully. solo gatecamping is a great way to die over and over again.
if you want fun, join a pvp corp that has active members in the times you like to be online, and go out roaming 0.0 for other gangs. When you find a good, challenging fight that actually makes you use your brain, you will have fun.
And if that doesnt work, can i have your stuff?
