I am currently trying to do missions in salia, yet am unable to do anything because of the insane delay trying to do anything. Pretty much the same lag goes for Motsu and Jita.... Is there nothing the developers can do to fix this lag?!!! Maybe change the locations of the level 4 missions???? Anything to reduce this horse sh*t lag.
No matter how big No matter how strong It always boils down to name calling !!!

Try missioning in other systems? Plenty of other hi sec locations with level 4 agents.

Your car's broken? Oh? Have you tried driving your wife's car instead?
That's a cop out excuse and it makes no logical sense at all. If the agents in caldari space weren't supposed to function, then why were they put into the game?
The base cause of the problem, of course, is that this is caldari online, and the race with the ugliest ships still manages to pull in the majority of new characters.
In any case, since one race has been designed to be SO much better at PvE, maybe the PvE encounters for that race should be fixed, instead of trying to pawn them off on others?
This issue exists in every corner of caldari space that includes a level 4 agent. Where it strikes is random, but when it does you can expect to lose millions of isk in lost rewards and ships killed in lag.

People have been complaining about Saila (and Motsu) for several months now. Whilst it's fair to point the finger at CCP for failing to address the issue from a technical direction the actual cause is too many players running too few agents.
Some people might have been stuck with their agents because of built up loyalty points at some point but I won't accept that now. Anyone that was there before the lag built up should have had a chance to cash in and leave now. Anyone else should have known about the problem or quickly spotted it and left. There is a wide variety of L4 agents in Caldari space and no good reason to hang around those particular ones.
So the situation is actually more akin to a smoker complaining that medical science has invented a cure for lung cancer or heart disease. -- (Battle hardened industrialist)

The issue does not exist ..in every corner of Caldari space that includes a level 4 agent. I've been running L4 missions for a couple of months now in The Forge and rarely experience any significant lag. Never even come close to ship losing lag. My corp mates also run L4 agents in different systems to me and they don't have significant lag either. One did when he was running missions in Motsu but once we persuaded him to find another L4 agent it was fine.
It's possible (I haven't looked) that all the best L4 agents in Caldari space are lagged out but I'd file that one under 'your fault for being greedy'. You can find mdoerately good agents without subjecting yourself to lag. -- (Battle hardened industrialist)

yet another motsu / saila lag thread? i told them the last one needs a sticky...
or we could just make a form letter, such as:
op: oh the lag.. reply: move reply: go to 00 reply: deal with it reply: it doesn't lag for me
that will pretty much cover it.
in life, as in eve, there's the way things should be, and the way they really are.
should be, every system in a game you pay for should be playable.
the reality is, you'll probably have to wait for lp's to be corp instead of agent, then the crowds will thin out as folks will be able to change agents without losing their current lp's.
