What!!?!? Something a EW Frigate can do, but the EW Recon Pilgrim cannot?

In order to maintain 3 small t2 neuts you need 2 CCC rigs, 3 CPR2 and 1 CR2. And NO MWD.
"A serious threat even to battleships" my shiny khanid ass. Small or medium drones will east it alive with such a setup.
The EW frigs are awfully imbalanced towards each other.

50 cap/cycle standard, 50/100*200=100 cap/cycle 1 cycle lasts 6 seconds so it's 16.67 cap/s per neut. 3 High slots means it's neuting 50 cap/s
Pilgrim neuts 360 per cycle per neut, let's say 3 neuts 360*3/12=90 cap/s.
Basicly said the amarr frig is retardedly bad as opposed to the pilgrim which just sucks.
For the ECM frigs im happy I got minmatar and gallente frig5 as well.

And ill put my hand up and say that this is correct. How is a frig that will neut 100 cap max per neut at a cost of 50 every 6 seconds going to cause a bs to shiver.
It does make the pilgrim look even worse but it also suggest how bad nos is these days. Especially small.
Its joke. Thankfully I have gal and caldari frig lvl V as well. :D

A serious threat to battleships? They will neut as much as a heavy cap booster provides. Yeah I'm sure battleship pilots will pee in their pants... Having ECM or Damp or scramble range or web range increase is A LOT and I mean A LOT better.

Oh I very much doubt a lone EW Frigate will do anything much to, well anything. But a gang of these ships? I havent checked you figures Shevar but lets say 10 Sentinels will stip off 500 cap / second if optimised for regen? That sounds a fair bit to me.
The other races EW Friagtes are undoubtabley more useful on their own, but when would you need say 10 Warp Scrams on a target? Sentinel Fleets could be quite nasty.
Doesnt help the Pilgrim though, as frankly youd be far better off using 2 or 3 Sentinels rather than a Pilgrim.

Yeah true, but Im hoping the neut range bonus, on such a small and potentially fast ship will allow it to 'cap out' inties, nano fits and the like.

Well a neut can always disable a frig relatively easy, the question is though why use a ship that can disable a frig with a few modules while it's either easier to kill it with another ship or use a ship with for example damp or ecm bonusses which can insta lock down a frigate sized ship?
