edit: ecm burst is good if you get webbed/scrambed... jam them and mwd away

But then i can ask, how often does the ECM Burst II work against others?
I have tested it on sisi, and it almost never worked . But i have crappy EW skills though. So maybe it works a lot better with good EW skills.

All of those ships are reasonable attainable. When I think "Dream Ship", I'm thinking of a ship that isn't within reasonable reach, and not very likely I'll ever get.

I dunno, I was gonna have 2x corpum a-tpye 1 damage control BUT i had 3 64%'s in my hangar so :P
And I have 6x d650 1x heavy nos 1x (Cloak atm as i like going afk :p) and then have 1 vizan's rep and 1x core a-type fits with 5powergrid to spare with AWU 5. The reps just have to be 2,600 powergrid or less to fit so cant use core x-type and wasnt any other vizan's so had to stick with a core a-type =[
And tbh I don't like flying a ship that could fit 2 reps and i only fit one, as i like to fly into big groups of people XD

sounds about right to me, i was using a similar setup on sisi last night it was:
2x invuln field II
1x shield boost amp II
1x X-Large shield booster II
Capacitor Booster II
1x photon scattering field
3x pdu II
1x dcu II
2x Core Defence Operational Solidifier II
Crystal set
Siege Warfare Mindlink
Maxed skills
from calculation based on the resist and shield boost rate, it tanked from about 8k on thermal to 3k on EM
i also forgot to use any of the gang modules, even though ive got the mindlink 
easily tanked a 6 bs and 1 cs gang in FFA1, and on another occasion 6 guardian vex's, 60 drones 
id love to try it again with faction gear
