He had a problem where CCP said they did not receive payment, yet he has the bank statement showing that the money was withdrawn out by them. He also is not getting charged twice for the three month plan that he wanted to switch to.
By disputing the double billing his account has now been suspended and he cannot post anything to the forums to ask for help. Additionally, he shows no answers to his petitions or that he even has any open petitions except that it will not let him make any new petitions due to him having outstanding ones already in the system. (If they are outstanding, why can't he see them?)
He's tried to call them several times and has been on hold for very long times the longest today was for 44 minutes before getting disconnected while waiting to speak to "*******".(Removed at request of friend)
While I have never had a problem with my billing is this what I have to look forward to if I have a problem? No phone support at all, petitions that are invisible and never responded to or answered yet clog up the system so that you cannot submit any new ones?
Is there some other contact information that i can relay to him to resolve this?
It seems odd that a company would make it so hard to actually take money from someone even after they have taken the money out!

Possible progress. At least my friend can make a new petition now.
(It shows his other one as closed)
Either this is a good sign, or they are just closing the petitions without doing anything about them.
We shall see.

Nope, nothing at all, and no response to my petition asking where to direct billing questions. Sorry =(

Update.
Well, now they have ran two 3 months charges through on him in one day (two identical charges) which has caused his account to drop into overdraft and now he has to pay fees on that.
He finally talked to a person and they told him that he had to email and petition that there was nothing they could do.
Nice to know that if you do ever have a problem with the billing that you are just screwed.

I looked at my friends statement and it showed that they pulled the money out on the 4th then they tried to take out two 3 month charges on the 12th!
He still has heard nothing from them about this either.
Nice way to treat a new customer.
