I looked at my friends statement and it showed that they pulled the money out on the 4th then they tried to take out two 3 month charges on the 12th! He still has heard nothing from them about this either. Nice way to treat a new customer.

Update. Well, now they have ran two 3 months charges through on him in one day (two identical charges) which has caused his account to drop into overdraft and now he has to pay fees on that. He finally talked to a person and they told him that h...

Possible progress. At least my friend can make a new petition now. (It shows his other one as closed) Either this is a good sign, or they are just closing the petitions without doing anything about them. We shall see.

Is anything being done to increase the customer support options for those with billing problems? Currently there is zero support for someone if things go wrong. (Tried to call and get support lately?)
