He had a problem where CCP said they did not receive payment, yet he has the bank statement showing that the money was withdrawn out by them. He also is not getting charged twice for the three month plan that he wanted to switch to.
By disputing the double billing his account has now been suspended and he cannot post anything to the forums to ask for help. Additionally, he shows no answers to his petitions or that he even has any open petitions except that it will not let him make any new petitions due to him having outstanding ones already in the system. (If they are outstanding, why can't he see them?)
He's tried to call them several times and has been on hold for very long times the longest today was for 44 minutes before getting disconnected while waiting to speak to "*******".(Removed at request of friend)
While I have never had a problem with my billing is this what I have to look forward to if I have a problem? No phone support at all, petitions that are invisible and never responded to or answered yet clog up the system so that you cannot submit any new ones?
Is there some other contact information that i can relay to him to resolve this?
It seems odd that a company would make it so hard to actually take money from someone even after they have taken the money out!

Hi,
I have the EXACT same problem! My second account is suspended because the money was withdrawn too late. I have payed and I'm not able to play. The petition has not been answered for almost 4 days - 4 days of payed playtime. I do not mean to be rude, but I'm getting angry. Seriously, either tell your Billing Support to actually do what they are getting paid for or hire more people. This situation is unacceptable. (I like this game and I want to play badly :( )

Possible progress. At least my friend can make a new petition now.
(It shows his other one as closed)
Either this is a good sign, or they are just closing the petitions without doing anything about them.
We shall see.

Still no answer. 5 days without being able to play, although CCP received my money. Great. Rest assured, I'll bump this thread until they actually care about people having problems.
Dor, I guess your friend has not received any word from the billing folks either?

Update.
Well, now they have ran two 3 months charges through on him in one day (two identical charges) which has caused his account to drop into overdraft and now he has to pay fees on that.
He finally talked to a person and they told him that he had to email and petition that there was nothing they could do.
Nice to know that if you do ever have a problem with the billing that you are just screwed.

If they dont answer this petition in the next two days, I'll unwind the transaction. Maybe I should cancel my subscription of this account, too, and just stop playing altogether. Man, this is outrageous... I'm pretty ****ed. >:|

Hi!
I have the same problem with my second account.
3/6/2007 Bought second account online for 19.95 11/6/2007 Not bein able to login because client is telling me that my account suspended so i checked my subscription details saying DirectDebit payment failed. After checking my Bankaccount there was no attempt of billing I wrote a petition under canceled&suspended Accounts 12/6/2007 Global Collect withdrawed 19.95 from my bankaccount...Yeah, nice!!! Just one day to late.... 14/6/2007 Still no reply on my petition i wrote another one under Billing category, because there was actually a transaction but too late
Until now nothin happended. Only option i have is to reactivate with CC, but after the withdraw from Global Collect on 12/6/2006 i wont take this option. Well i just give em a few days now and if there is nothing done about it im going to quit my Main Account too and ask my Bank to get my money back.
This is really annoying.

I looked at my friends statement and it showed that they pulled the money out on the 4th then they tried to take out two 3 month charges on the 12th!
He still has heard nothing from them about this either.
Nice way to treat a new customer.

I'm having a similar problem. My account is suspended because my card ran out. I try to reactivate it and update to the new card. When I enter my card details it says 'not authorised'. I've petitioned it, but any ideas since it looks like I wont be getting a reply any time soon? Also I've checked my bank account adn they haven't taken money (obviously b/c my card ran out) |

My problem is somewhat similar. I purchased the game online while making a new account. Used paypal. Went through all the registration. I finished it all, they took the money out. Can't log into the account. At all. I tried resetting my password, it works and I get a new one in my email, but I still can't log in. I put in a petition a couple days ago but still no answer.
