I use 2 x 22" Iiyama Vision Master Pro 514, running an horizontal span over both of 3200x1200x32b @ 85Hz.
I'm running Eve in windowed mode, at 2560x1024.
Graphics card is an Asus GeForce FX5900.

17" or 19" monitor (not too sure and my eyes aren't that accurate and I can't be bothered measuring it so stfu  )
I get about 25-30fps according to Mr Fraps
Drops to 10 when I hit record  so much for me creating the next hollywood blockbuster 
I'll brush up on my acting skills instead

1600x1200@85Hz, 21" CRT, nvidia Ti-440
It's smooth for the most part, unless I open spam channel.
I also do 1024x768 windowed while doing missions, so that I can do something else at the same time (usually surf).

1600x1200@24bit+8bit - 32bit Z-buffer 8bit scencil - 8x anisotrohic filter - 8x ffsa - window mode -vsync off - texture sharpening on
System:
Athlon XP 2500+ - 1024 DDR PC400 - GFX5600 Ultra II (Driver 53.3) - Relisys 19"
Have no problems with EVE - runs and looks amazing! I'm lovin it!

I've got a Radeon 9500
I like reading the fora when i'm not doing something intresting ... ( hauling 20 jumps can be done pretty AFK ... AB's dont make that much of a difference in travel so i just dont pay attention at all :P and it saves me med slots for ECM ^^ bring on the kestrels :D )

You might be surprised at some of this...
Acct 1. built 2003 - $450
AMD 1800, 512mb ram, ATI 7500 64mb
Acct 2. built 2000 - $500
P3 800, 256mb ram, GF4 4200 64mb<--(2003-free)
All displayed on a 17" CRT monitor (free) and managed using a belkin switchbox.
Now all I have to do is actually spend some real money the next time for my 3rd Acct.

1600x1200@100hz (full screen) 1280x1024 (windowed) on iiyama 22" CRT with Radeon 9800p, 24+8bit, !widescreen, !interlaced, (got dither on, but wth does it do?)
system spec (just upgraded today  ):
Asus A7V600-X mobo
AMD XP 3200+ Barton 400Mhz fsb
1024Mb PC3200 RAM
Radeon 9800 (unfortunatly only the 128Mb version, since I got it a while ago  )

Centrino 1.4 ghz,(benmarked around what a p4 2.2, 2.3 ghz can do) 512 megs of pc2700 ram, 15.4 inch wide screen lcd running at 1280x800 with a 32 mb geforcefx 5200, and using wireless lan. I luv this laptop, my eve looks so nice and pretty.

Sony Trinatron 21" monitor.
P4 2.4B, 512Mb PC1600 RAMBUS, 7200 RPM HDD, Audigy gamer, 550 Watt power supply.
Obviously, this system is begging for a better video card. Now that the ATI 9700's are only about 200$, I hope to grant my system's wish soon.
The game runs very smooth, but I haven't been in any high-traffic situations.
I ran the game nicely at 1280x1024, but it KILLS my eyes, even on a 21" screen. How do you guys stand the small text???
