It is fast, but speed is its tank. Btw if you think the DPS on a vaga is sick, you havent came across an ishtar have you? Max your drone skills and you can melt a BS in seconds, literally - less than a minute and you can over-run there armour repairers

Or maybe its a good solo-ship, and alot of people fly it solo? In a fleet a vaga is a terrible ship - it dies fast and contributes little that a stabber cant do just aswell. Solo is its shining glory, somtimes 2-3 man gangs it does ok, but not much bigger.

You quite clearly have no idea what your talking about. The machariel (a BS if you didn't notice) can stil hit 8k/s with snakes and a rack of speedy lows. The phoon will be lucky to get half of that.

You mean we should all jump in passive drakes and blaster-throns? Last time i check Speed tanking *GUN* boats where the hardest ships to fly. Considering your MWD lights you up perfectly for everything to kill you, but your tracking remains the same (given they don't mwd).
Tell you what, skill for a stabber and some T2 auto's and go and see how long you last. I dare say you'd be surprised at how fast you die if you dont know what your doing.

You hit the nail on the ehad, it cant take damage. Its like a webbed curse/pilgrim with no plates.
